Returns Policy:
The CBSPD will issue a refund for returned merchandise, minus the cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee. All returns mus be made within 30 days of original purchase AND NO LATER. Any books returned after 30 days, will not be issued a refund of any kind. All merchandise must be in original condition as shipped, with no damage or writing in the books, as well as, no missing pages. All returns must include a copy of the original Packing Slip. All returns are subject to approval.
